I want to create a comfortable work place for students to work on assignments. This is why I would love to add a few bean bag chairs to my classroom environment.I realize this is not a full class set, so students will rotate sitting in the bean bag chairs each week, based on different accomplishments (raised a grade, helping others, etc). I think this will encourage students to put forth their best effort when their accomplishments are acknowledged and the focus is not on their individual grades or behavior (it's not always the "A" students sitting in the chairs).
