Many of the students in our classrooms have a physical disability that often leaves them stuck in a wheelchair or activity chair all day. Getting out the their chairs can be difficult because we don't have the equipment to support when they are stretching on the floor. The bean bag chairs would be a great way to get students out of chairs and stretch out their bodies. For the students who do not have a physical disability the bean bag chairs would provide some alternative seating and a comfy place for some quiet time. Our students work very hard throughout their day. Having the bean bags will provide some calm and quiet place to relax, as well as creating healthier bodies.
