Not only for small group, but any form of independent practice, students will be able to show their work, thinking, and strategies using a different median of demonstration. Students will clip their work to their clipboard, flip it over, and get to work using expo markers to show their work. If they get it wrong the first time, using a sock or a tissue will make any frustration go away and teach kids that it's okay to make mistakes. It allows for trial and error thinking to take place as well as group projects where students can strategize with their expo markers and take action on the paper on the clipboard. Science labs will be a breeze when students can turn their lab reports mobile going where the lab is with their clipboards.
