Our students struggle with impulse control and anger management. At times these struggles lead to an inability to confront their problems in the moment. The students need time to reflect and chill before they can re-enter a classroom with their peers. In the past most of that reflection time was done in school halls or empty class rooms. With this furniture we hope to create a space where students can CHILL and reflect on their choices and return to classrooms with their peers quicker and with a more focused mind. It is our hope that this will lead to more time spent with peers focusing on academics.

About my class
