Acquiring these instructional resources, a bed, bed tables, and a microwave will help establish the real-world experiences needed to learn basic skills in the In-Home Support Services class. My school is one of the largest career transition centers in Los Angeles, serving a diverse student body of several cultural, ethnic and economic backgrounds. Widney's vision strives to develop life-long learning, independence, engaging work and active members of the society. The benefits of supporting our work strands for employers is that it provides work ready applicants, collaboration between local businesses and schools, in addition, to the opportunities to of building self-sufficiency in the students.
