My students are in need of a book cart due to lack of classroom storage. Right now they are on the floor next to each student's desk and as you can imagine with 25 students it can get a bit crazy. Students are constantly knocking them down and spilling the contents all over the ground. It is not safe to have materials lying around all over the floor creates obstacles around the room. A cart will create a safe storage space for the book bins that is easily accessible to all students. I love for students to have flexible seating. It helps them stay focused and gives them a space of their own. It also gets them out of their desks and allows them to work around the room. When students complete their work on a rug, crate, or stool, a clip board would be very beneficial. It provides students with a solid writing space.
