However many of my students come into class without having a calculator. For many reasons than none, they are left without a good calculator to use. It is imperative for my students to have good, reliable, user friendly calculators. The TI 30IIS is simply the best scientific calculator you can buy. We will use the calculators during our daily warm up, the five minute follow up, during the video lesson of the day, on the online Socrative quiz, on the independent practice, and on the daily exit ticket. Our students will be delighted when using the scientific calculator, and not the calculators I picked up from the dollar store. I believe my students deserve good calculators!
