Each of the supplies on this list will be put to good use this upcoming school year. The different pillows will help my students who might need a special seat every once in a while. Who doesn't love to sit on comfortable pillows while enjoying books in the library? The journals will help promote early literacy skills for each of my PreK students. Whether it is drawing pictures or writing words, these are perfect journals for scholars to express themselves. Never underestimate the power of a sand timer. Whether it is to monitor time in the Peace Space or trying to beat the timer in a game, students love being able to watch time pass. The other tangible items on the list will be very helpful for students and sensory needs. Working with four year olds can be exhausting, but finding ways to make learning fun and engaging for them is what teaching is all about. I am very excited for this school year to get started and wouldn't be able to do it without your help! Thank you for helping me educate these young minds by providing them with opportunities to drive their own education!
