We need additional recess equipment to use at recess on our kindergarten playground, and we need somewhere to safely store our equipment. The playground area is small and is shared with the other kindergarten classes, so the students have to take turns and spend a lot of time standing and waiting for the equipment that is already there. These new basketball hoops and balls, soccer balls and net, climbing set, sidewalk chalk, jump ropes and balance steps will give the students more options of things to do. It will also help them be more active during their outdoor recess time which helps get the wiggles out so they can learn better and focus more when they are in class.
