With the iPads I have chosen, my students will use these to read online on sites such as a-z, Tumblebooks, among with many others. Sites such as a-z give them an opportunity to all be reading at the same time at different levels to fit all of their needs. My students will also engage in virtual field trips, where they can go to the destination of their interests and learn about a certain place. This helps the students become engaged in each of their individual cultures. My students will also use these iPads to learn about the technology of today, coding. Many of my students are interested in this and could benefit from extending their learning. The benefits of handing a child an iPad and showing them how to use it is limitless. They can create their own portfolio for college, obtaining collections of their work as they go, create a project on it using different apps, or use it for research.
