No doubt, the whole Houston area was devastated by Hurricane Harvey. For a lot of our students, they were either displaced to local hotels or had to leave the area completely. We are also a Title I school, which means we are a very low -income based school. Our athletes love sports and are using it as an outlet to get away from the devastation of the hurricane. This project will help us to better see what is going on the field. This will allow us to better improve our program. We are requesting 3 new Sony cameras in order to film our games. No doubt with the damage done we are trying to use old outdated cameras. This makes it hard to see as some of the film is grainy. Filming our games and practices are important in order to help see things on the field we coaches may not always catch. This will help us to better prepare for practice and find the areas that need the most improvement. We will also need 3 remotes to help push the record buttons and record simultaneously. This will make putting the different angle of footage together that much easier.
