Allowing teachers to have a way of communicating with the front office, parents, and other teachers while at school will help to bridge the communication gap between school logistics and build a sense of security for teachers who may need help for students during medical occurrences. Telephones will also give teachers a way to communicate between classrooms and teachers. It will also allow teachers to more effectively contact parents to ensure student success and parent envolvement. Telephones will also allow employees contact with the ease of mind that knowing if anything dangerous were to occur they could get help easily.
