Lots of learning takes place in different areas throughout our classroom. One of these areas where a good chunk of our learning happens is on the floor, gathered to the front of the classroom. During this time we are receiving whole group instruction which is a crucial part of our learning. Since we don’t have a rug to sit on, my students tend to waste valuable teaching time trying to decide where to sit. By having this ABC rug my students will easily be able to identify their place to sit and in return give us more time to learn instead of resolving issues from being rug less!
