Having a new rug where my student's can sit comfortably is very important for their everyday learning as well as an inviting environment for circle time, read aloud, and music and movement that will be done on a daily basis. Also, my student's are in love with role playing and using their imagination. Therefore, having a diverse selection of costumes to choose from would teach and encourage expressive language that so many of my students are learning. Lastly, having tablets in my classroom would help and develop my student's learning by giving them access to technology which would help their hand-eye coordination, as well as develop problem solving skills, by teaching them through appropriate learning apps that will be implemented during small group rotations and as a free choice activity. All of the materials stated above will bring a positive impact on my student's readiness to continue learning in an environment where there are enough materials for them to use hand's on.
