We often create posters and other visual representations of our learning. This helps us brainstorm, organize and track ideas, information and evidence during the research process. The tall chair will give the student moderator more authority and a higher vantage point during Socratic seminar and class debates. The calendar and rolling cart will help us stay organized during research projects. The collaborative projects we engage in have the strongest impact on our learning and returning graduates report it as being some of the most useful skill building they did while in high school. This year we will be the case of a man on death row who vehemently claims he is innocent. After researching the case, we will write to the Governor to share our findings.
