Our scholars need a large easel most importantly for our guided reading area. I bought a small one myself, however, it wasn't magnetic nor was it big enough for our paper. It will engage my scholars with everything from making and answering various types of graphs and maps in many different subject areas. Because of the easel's mobility, it can be moved to various locations in the classroom as needed. This would be ideal for transitioning from an entire class instruction lesson to a guided reading lesson. The students are able to write responses and then also use it as a visual aid to refer back to if needed. One major reason for this, is because of the easel's height appropriateness. Many times I've used chart paper without an easel, and the students were not able to effectively interact or respond by writing on the paper. Thank you for your support! Our class appreciates any help!
