I want to create a fun and safe learning environment for all my students! Having more seating options, like wobble chairs and balance balls, will help students to focus while still moving around. Having these will allow students to get their wiggles out while remaining in their seat so their work. Many students have a hard time sitting for a long period of time. It is very easy for students lose focus on their school work when they are confined to an ordinary chair. Having different seating options that allow students to move and focus will help students stay engaged! Students who are free to wobble and bounce in their seat are more likely to stay on task longer. These seating choices will also help avoid behavioral issues that come from students being bored, or uncomfortable.
