I am needing a printer in my office because I am all the time changing a schedule for a current student or building a schedule for a new student. When I print, we have to walk all the way to the office that is on the other side of the school. It would just be more convenient and save time by having a reliable Lexmark printer in my office. It would also help me as I am in charge of all the 504's in the building. So when we meet with parents, the printer is handy in my room. It will prevent me from having to run back and forth to the office for signature pages, changes made to the 504, etc. It would definitely be a blessing to have a handy printer in my office for many reasons.
