Upstate NY winters are cold, snowy, and long! Technology is taking over which is great for the classroom, but kids are missing out on interacting together. We are asking for a variety of board games and card games such as Sorry!, Trouble and Uno to play on those days when we cannot make it outside. When children play together, they get an opportunity to work on attributes such as team building, communication, and coping skills that our students need so badly for their world outside of school. Please consider donating to give my students the tools they need to just be kids!
