Being able to provide flexible seating for my classroom will help me to give each child what they need to feel successful. These items will give students the ability to work in a way that is beneficial to them, whether that is sitting at a table, laying on the floor, or sitting at a separate table. My goal with these item is to promote an excitement for learning by giving students a choice in their education! These items I have chosen will be used during independent work time, quiet reading, and for some these will be used to keep students engaged in their learning. Along with the flexible seating I have chosen a variety of fidgets to be used by students. I am excited to be able to provided these different learning tools for my class and look forward to seeing how each child uses them to be successful! I thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support for both me and my first graders, as I go into my second year of teaching!
