Track and field training is made up of many components. Our student-athletes prepare for distance running, sprints throws and jumps. Each of those disciplines requires special training specific to those events. It is our goal to obtain equipment that all students can use to better themselves. It is important that we give everyone that opportunity to succeed. The Pull Up bands we would like to purchase are able to be used in a variety of ways. Sprinters can use them for strength training and distance runners can improve their form.
