The exercise balls I chose for this project were chosen with student movement in mind. These exercise balls will take the place of chairs in the classroom so students will have the choice of whether to use a traditional chair or the exercise ball. The exercise balls will eliminate the urge for students to get up and walk around while engaging students' cores, allowing for movement, improved focus and concentration for students (which can be especially helpful for students with ADHD). By donating to this project, you will be helping students achieve their goals academically and behaviorally. Parents and students chose to be in this program because they know their learning style. By having these resources available to these students, you will be providing them tools they need to achieve their goals both academically and behaviorally.
