My students will be able to have first hand experience taking vital signs. In class the students are taught what a day in the life of a medical professional is like. We have mock doctor appointments where they can take blood pressure, height and weight. With the Fingertip Pulse Oximeter Monitor, they students will be able to check the patients' oxygen levels and pulses also! My students love to go home and tell their family that they were "doctor for a day" at school! Medical professionals take vital signs every day, without these devices, students cannot practice this necessary skill.
