A document camera in my classroom would be life changing for my students and for me. My first graders have a tough time copy anything from the board. I try to draw and be as specific as possible if I need them to copy something down along with me, but it becomes frustrating for them and for me when they can’t do it, find the right place, etc. If I have a document camera, I can allow my students to sit in their seats to see what we are working on (many of my students don’t like sitting on the carpet). They’ll be able to see manipulative for math, books for reading, and papers for writing. It would be a TREMENDOUS help!
