Our school is enriching our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) program. Our school is located on a military base servicing military children. The furniture (table and stools) will provide an area for the students to experiment with Science projects and engage in the world around them by creating real world Social Studies projects. Enriching the military child through Science experiments and Social Studies projects will aid them in their development to meet the expectations of Common Core and STEM standards. The Art easel will help in awakening the student's creativity. The headphones are for the students to use while in their Listening and Computer stations developing their phonemic and mathematical skills.
