When our students were given a needs assessments, the majority stated that anxiety and coping with daily life is where they struggle the most. In order for my counseling program to meet their social-emotional needs I have to provide small groups counseling teach them coping strategies to help them navigate the current social climate during this pandemic. To help with my students' mental health needs there's a need for painting supplies such as canvas, paint, brushes, fidget materials, badges for our student ambassadors to spread kindness and other miscellanous items.
