These iPads will give students a chance to work together to learn digital citizenship and research skills. I always try to inspire my students to be lifelong learners, and with good research skills, they will always be able to find the information they need or want. I've had so many students who are excited to learn about so many different things. I want to encourage that passion, but I only have so many books in my library. With access to the internet, and databases, there's no limit to what they can learn. My students also need practice being responsible digital citizens. In today's world, students need to be taught how to be respectful and responsible online. These iPads will help us be able to practice those skills in a safe environment so they will be ready to deal with any situation they encounter online.
