I picked some books for a whole class read aloud to discuss important literary elements like characterization and theme. These books have inspirational characters and are from different genres in order to expose my students to different types of literature. Please help us build our classroom library with books that will make our students WANT to read. I am in need of books that are a higher reading level. These students will love seeing popular book titles with interesting characters! This will encourage students to continue reading and expose them to important themes and/or diverse characters that they can identify with.
