This class rug will create a place where students can come together to learn and grow as we work on English skills. It will also create a comforting and safe environment which will help students to feel welcome. We will use this rug everyday as we review letters/sounds, sight words, reading, and comprehension skills. We will also use this space for students to share their work with each other. In this classroom, students should feel invited and excited to learn and this carpet can make that possible. I look forward to many innovative and enriching learning experiences as we gather in the common meeting area the rug will provide. Thanks in advance to donors who help supply this need.
