I am requesting a carpet for my classroom. A carpet in my classroom will provide my students with a cozy space for several learning experiences to take place! It will provide my students with a space to gather and discuss during morning meeting, where they will engage in social-emotional development and build a sense of community with one another. This space will also be used for small and whole-group instruction in reading and math. Additionally, this bright and fun carpet will allow me to create a warm and inviting space for my students where they can feel safe and loved.
