I am sponsoring the first ever ukulele club at B Middle School! I will teach members of the club the notes needed to play lots of fun songs. Quality ukes sound so much better and are much easier to learn to play. Playing the uke is so fun and can give kids pride and confidence in themselves. I used to play in a senior citizen uke group at my church (I was the only person younger than 70!) and we had a great time learning together and performing at nursing homes. Who knows?! Maybe my students and I can hit the road one day and perform concerts!
