One specific ingredient to a successful reader’s and writer’s workshop teaching model is a meeting place where children gather around to learn the mini-lesson being taught. This area should be comfortable and inviting. The Flex-Space Comfy Rectangular Classroom Carpet will provide my students with a location where they can focus on being the best reader and writer possible. They will not be distracted by the uncomfortableness of sitting on the hard floor. Being content will allow children to focus and be the best learner possible. The meeting space will provide the location where students will learn skills necessary to become life-long readers and writers.

About my class
