These materials will provide flexible seating options for my students throughout the day. We currently have traditional seating, standing desks, and stability balls. I have several students who prefer to work around the room, and I want to be able to provide them with comfortable seating while doing so. The classroom rug will give the students a place to sit while reading around the room. The lap desks will allow for students to take a new approach to completing their work. The rocker chairs will be used for students who need movement while we're working in small groups on the floor. I would love to provide my students will color copies of their PowerPoint presentations. A color printer would give my students the opportunity to print their work after completing it. They currently do not have the option to print in color. I know how excited my students would be if they were able to print their final projects in color and take them home to share with their families. New mailboxes will provide an organized filing system for my students work.
