In my classroom, I need more books to reflect the different cultural experiences of all of my students. The rich books in this project represent a variety of diverse characters and stories. The characters from these books like Alma, Marisol, Julian and Ada will empower, engage and excite students. Students will also have the opportunity to explore other cultures and expand their worldview. This project will help grow the love of reading in my classroom. These books will enrich my classroom library. Students will have the opportunity to explore these books and take them home to share with their families.
