The materials will be used to create an environment of creativity and learning! Right now my classroom is very standard with 5 tables and chairs. This project will help me create a classroom that has flexible seating so as to best meet the diverse learning styles of each student. Flexible seating promotes high engagement and accountability! When students have the choice to take their learning to a place that most meets their needs then true learning can happen. This project includes stools that can be used during small group meetings, wobble cushions for those wiggly learners, and much more! I will use these flexible seating options to promote a love of learning in my classroom. Some of my students are more active and would do better learning on one of the exercise balls that give them plenty of space to wiggle.
