The materials in this project all serve the purpose of enhancing the classroom and the children's abilities to learn. The journals have ample space for students to express their ideas both in writing and drawing. This will give them more freedom and less anxiety during journal time. The crayons also will help them express their colorful lives and minds. The books will help increase the size of the Spanish library in the classroom, especially for these new readers. The books are colorful and inviting, and some are even informational, and they will support these students as they begin their lifelong journey of reading. Finally, the posters will inspire students to keep working towards their goals and never stop learning. They vary in message, but they all strive to motivate students to persevere and grow.
