These materials provide the foundations and all of the necessary pieces to create a classroom that has flexible seating. Flexible seating is awesome, because it helps meet more needs of students in a learning environment, versus regular desk seating. Students learn how to choose the best place for their personal learning, while simultaneously learning how to incorporate collaboration with peers into this decision. Having the option to sit in non-traditional seating promotes a feeling of welcomeness and comfortability, which I think will help children learn and thrive as students. Every child learns at a different pace and in a variety of ways, and flexible seating supports this variety of growth in education, and I am so excited to utilize it!
