I would like my students to learn more about Growth Mindset. This will hopefully teach them a life long lesson that will teach them how to approach problems/failure. Growth Mindset teaches them the power of yet. Of not knowing how to do something yet. In the Most Magnificent Thing the main character is trying to create something she envisions a creation. As she goes through the process of creating her vision, she has many creations that she rejects for various reasons. When she finally creates her vision, she sees that all of the rejected creations work for someone else. This will teach my students to not give up, but to also see that there is value in everything.
