Technology is constantly changing and becoming a staple in the classroom for both students and teachers. I feel that the earlier that students are introduced to coding, the more comfortable they will be using these skills later in life. If I am able to receive funding for Sphero: the app enabled robot, I will be able to give my students experiences that will help them develop the curiosity and creativity needed for any job in the future. As students use the skills necessary to learn these new tools, they will work together to problem-solve and think outside of the box with modern technology. Your generous donation will enable to me introduce coding to my young learners. Robot coding devices can open the windows of creativity allowing my students to reach beyond basic technology and explore their independent interests. Sphero fuses physical robotic toys, digital apps, and entertainment experiences to unlock the true potential of play and inspire students.
