I have requested the novel, Charlotte's Web, so my students can read it together as a class novel. Reading this novel as a class will allow us to improve upon our reading skills. We will learn about characterization, setting, conflict, problem solving, and resolution. I have also requested books that will help us build our classroom library. Adding additional books to our classroom library will allow the students to have more choices when we have our daily activity of "Drop Everything and Read," This is a time where students get the choice to read any book they desire. Reading for pleasure is a great way to peak their interest and develop a love for reading.

About my class
