With the social distancing measures that we have in place to keep our students safe this school year, my students are required to stay put in their own desk space for much of the school day. We are not using play centers, or meeting up at the carpet for instruction like we usually do. Because of this, my students have pent up energy that would normally be used to move throughout our classroom space. This small, frog themed trampoline will be a useful addition to our classroom. Children will be using it to safely move their bodies and use up some of that energy. A calm body, leads to a calm mind. Calm minds are ready to learn!
