The money donated to this project will be used to purchase digital materials that will be used to ensure my students' success this year as they learn in a hybrid format for the first time. The materials I hope to purchase will support the standards outlined by the state and align with grade level goals. Being able to buy these materials instead of create them allows me to spend more time investing in my students and making personal connections with them. Most importantly, these materials are a way to keep students engaged. This year has been more difficult than ever to keep students interested in learning when there is so much vying for their attention. They feel less motivated where everything is less interactive. I know that these materials will bring a sense of normalcy to my students, at least for a moment.
