This year, I will have 10 students 5 of them are in wheelchairs. Having the tablet stand will help them to interact with tablets by having easy access to accommodate their needs. The charging station would be helpful to be able to charge several iPads all at once, rather than staggering them due to lack of available outlets. The kits will be used for hands on investigations. The national Geographic Kids Atlas will be used as a resource when creating maps and geographic projects. The Magic School Bus Science Lab will be used when learning about Earth and Space Science. Finally, the book on genealogy will be used as a resource when discussing their family backgrounds. Our Science curriculum for the year includes learning about lights and sound, genetics, Earth and Space Science and economics. The interactive Science kits will help them have tactile materials to interact with during academic activities.
