I do not have a lot of display space in my room. One entire wall in my classroom is cabinets. I would like to use this space to create an interactive word wall and fun bulletin board to display student work and goals. My principal has given his blessing to paint the cabinets with chalkboard paint and attach cork boards to the cabinet doors. The chalkboard paint and markers will allow students to add words to the wall they are unfamiliar with and create a display space to add definitions. The cork boards will create a place to easily display student work and a place for students to post personal goals where they will be reminded of those goals every day. Ideally this will a space I can use year after year with all students.
