A majority of students in my classroom belong to families of low income. Unfortunately, they do not all have educational games or activities to engage in at home. I want to make sure when my students come to my classroom, they have the opportunity to explore the best educational materials which will help them grow each and every day. I can already imagine the smile on their faces as I introduce the new and exciting materials to them. The magna tiles are going to quickly become a new favorite station in our exploration time! The sound sorting boards and snap and slide number bonds will serve as perfect literacy and math centers! The write and swipe and dot art painters will be materials that can be used in centers all year long and of course the bins will help organize it all for the students convinience. They will appreciate everything so very much!
