A large screen smart TV has been donated to my Physical Education program. The project at hand is to complete the the technology process so that my students are able to visually experience technology in a physical fitness environment. They will be able to experience physical literacy at school as well as take home technological fitness information to encourage family fitness and fun. Adding visual demonstrations, timers, and apps, on the digital screen will help students to visually see skills and activities that they will be able to use for a lifetime. This added technology will also help students experience fun fitness activities things that they may not get introduced to anywhere else.
