In K2, our students learn about how to be engineers through the design process. Through this process, the students learn how to build their own toys and devices. Since we are a music school I wanted our students to make their own ukuleles. Not only does this project help kids learn how ukuleles are made, but they will also be able to learn how to play and care for their instruments! I normally purchase all materials for my projects, but I have 54 students, and the kits are $20/student. While this is a reasonable price, I can't afford this without your generosity.
