Lewo Blocks will make an excellent difference in how vocabulary is taught and practiced within the five classrooms associated with my vocabulary action research project. About 100 students will use Lewo blocks to put their vocabulary learning in action to complete various vocabulary games and activities. Students will be able to learn and practice their vocabulary words in game form! Vocabulary and context clues are one of the most important tested topics on state assessments. These collaborative activities will enhance student vocabulary knowledge, use, and understanding. Several students will be able to not only gain beneficial content knowledge, but have FUN while working as well with their peers!
