The student headphones, document camera, and art supplies are greatly needed in my classroom. These items, especially the headphones, will have a huge impact on my students' learning. Right now they listen to books, or assignments with low volume, but the whole class can hear everyone's computer. It is very distracting, especially for those students who have a hard time concentrating under normal circumstances. The document camera would be very helpful to show students up close how to do a math problem, how use a ruler or thermometer, or what to do on an art project by watching me on the big screen. The art supplies are to help with kids' creativity. We don't have very many supplies, and I would love to do projects that they can be proud of to take home even as gifts.
