Together we can do something to help my students with ADHD and emotional stress. Both of my brothers have ADHD; they went to school when educators did not know how to engage them best in learning. We have come a long way in what we know and even further in what we are willing to do to reach students where they are. I want to reach kids! These tools will become part of what I can offer students who need them. Having something to do with their hands helps students with ADHD to focus their thoughts and enables them to listen better. Students with emotional stress can use these tools to calm down and refocus their minds. All my students want to participate in class and love to learn. These tools help them do just that.
